    1. If you would like to get your paper included in the conference proceeding (EI Indexed), please submit a 500-600 words abstract in English onto the website. If accepted, a 4-6 page manuscript need to be submitted later for publication.

    2. If you would like to get your paper included in a cooperative journal, please submit a full manuscript (with format and language meeting the journal's requirements) before the deadline for initial review. If accepted, the author will receive notification of the following process by email.

    Research Data Policy:

    The 14th Optical Fiber Communications and the 15th Integrated Optics Conference of China(OFCIO 2009) will be held in Tianjin University of Technology on October 26-30 2009.

    OFCIO 2009 is sponsored by China Institute of Communications, Chinese Institute of Electronics, Chinese Optical Society, and Tianjin University of Technology.

    The excellent papers in OFCIO 2009 will be published in Optoelectronics Letters.
